Articulate Rise and Camtasia were used to develop an LMS-based eLearning. The course was designed for new hire employees unfamiliar with the OneNote software program. Additional instruction was added to assist users in downloading and notetaking on a digital OneNote-based participant guide used during virtual instructor-led training.

The need for self-paced training was identified during the product user testing of Jira Service Desk as a new request ticketing system for a financial company. An eLearning was created with Articulate Rise to serve as internal training content for employees using the new system. Embedded screencasting videos were created using Techsmith's Camtasia.
